Hi everyone, in this tutorial I will show you the wind plugin inside of G'mic. This is the first in a series of short tutorials that I am going to be doing in G'MIC. This effect was done on text. So this is more like a text effect tutorial. There are many different thinks you can do with this effect. The scary guy Image that I used I just did a Google search in the Google Image search engine. The keyword that I used was "scary" if you are interested in this photo. I can not redistribute it. I hope that you guys enjoy this tutorial.
Hey guy's in this tutorial I will be showing you how to install the G'MIC plug-in. I will also be showing you how to install Layer Styles in Gimp. If you have ever used Photoshop, then you know that the Layer Styles are a great tool. They also make things easier when you are doing Photo Manipulations. This is a first part to a two part tutorial. I wanted to show you how to install these plug-ins first. I made the video in two parts, Because I wanted to cut down on the video time. I know long tutorials are bothersome to some people. I hope you enjoy this tutorial. These plug-ins are really useful in the long run. I use layer styles a lot in Photoshop. It allows you to kind of do things that you normally can't trying to do it your self.
