How to use the wind effect in Gimp 2.8.10 (G'MIC)

Hi everyone, in this tutorial I will show you the wind plugin inside of G'mic. This is the first in a series of short tutorials that I am going to be doing in G'MIC. This effect was done on text. So this is more like a text effect tutorial. There are many different thinks you can do with this effect. The scary guy Image that I used I just did a Google search in the Google Image search engine. The keyword that I used was "scary" if you are interested in this photo. I can not redistribute it. I hope that you guys enjoy this tutorial.
